Hello & Welcome!

I am a bilingual therapist fluent in Spanish & a passionate Social Worker dedicated to helping individuals navigate life's challenges.

With a Master's degree in Social Work & a background in Psychology from St. Joseph's University, I am deeply committed to supporting individuals in overcoming a wide range of emotional & behavioral challenges. Whether it's managing anxiety, coping with depression, addressing relationship dynamics, navigating life transitions, or overcoming emotional & behavioral obstacles, I provide safe, non-judgmental, personalized & empathetic support to help you thrive.

I've had the privilege of working with children, adolescents, college students, families, & individuals in various settings, including schools & clinical counseling services.

I have experience & currently work with supporting clients through a variety of issues, including depression, anxiety, self-esteem struggles, relationship dynamics, personal empowerment, managing ADHD, parenting challenges, social anxiety, peer & family conflict, & accessing resources.

My approach is grounded in evidence-based practices, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Mindfulness, Trauma-Informed cognitive-behavioral therapy, & other tailored interventions to meet your unique needs.

In my free time, I enjoy watching movies & shows, spending time with family & friends, practicing my faith & being involved in my church community.

I understand that reaching out for help can be a big step, but I'm here to make the process as comfortable & supportive as possible. If you're ready to take that step, I'm here to walk alongside you.

Feel free to reach out to schedule a consultation or simply to learn more about how I can help. I look forward to the possibility of working together!
