I am a compassionate therapist who specializes in working with children, adolescents, and young adults. Since 2021, I have supported youth and families as they navigate big emotions, evolving identities, and the unique challenges of growing up in an increasingly complex world.
My approach is grounded in motivational interviewing and built on a collaborative, strengths-based partnership. I believe every young person deserves to feel understood, supported, and empowered in their growth.
I bring several years of experience in youth case management and intensive in-home therapy, allowing me to meet clients where they are—both emotionally and practically. I have worked closely with foster youth and their families, supporting healing, stability, and reunification through patience, trust-building, and consistent care.
In my work, I have seen the lasting impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on youth development, particularly among teens experiencing anxiety, depression, anger, and other overwhelming emotions. I am passionate about creating a safe, engaging, and supportive therapeutic space where young people can process, grow, and build resilience.
I am currently pursuing certification in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to expand access to practical, skills-based tools that help youth regulate emotions, communicate effectively, and strengthen distress tolerance. I offer DBT-informed groups for children and teens, including creative and interactive options such as Dungeons & Dragons–based therapeutic groups that foster emotional growth, problem-solving, and healthy peer connection in a fun and meaningful way.
Above all, I am deeply committed to serving my clients with empathy, authenticity, and care. I view therapy as a partnership and consider it an honor to walk alongside young people and their families as they navigate mental health challenges, communication struggles, and the ups and downs of life.
