As a Licensed Master Social Worker, I provide a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel comfortable exploring challenges, building resilience, and creating meaningful change.
As a former college athlete and current girls’ lacrosse coach, I have a special interest in working with young athletes navigating performance anxiety, confidence, stress, identity, and the pressures of balancing sports, academics, and relationships. Using evidence-based approaches including CBT, DBT, and ACT, I help clients develop practical coping skills, strengthen emotional regulation, and build confidence both on and off the field.
My experience in school-based social work and community mental health has allowed me to work with children, adolescents, and families facing challenges related to anxiety, trauma, self-esteem, emotional regulation, and life transitions. I am also certified in Digital Media and Technology Addiction and trained in the Beautiful Me program, supporting young people in building healthy relationships with technology and positive self-worth.
I believe every client has unique strengths, and I am committed to helping them recognize those strengths while working toward their goals in a collaborative and empowering environment.
