Welcome!
Before becoming a therapist, I spent more than 15 years as a teacher
and school administrator. That experience informs my clinical work
today by helping me recognize how emotional, behavioral, and learning
challenges can show up in different areas of life, including home,
school, work, and relationships.
I specialize in supporting children, teens, and adults navigating
challenges related to anxiety, trauma, ADHD, autism, emotional
overwhelm, and life transitions. Many of my clients also experience
difficulty with organization, planning, and follow-through, which can
lead to frustration and impact daily life.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and creative. I integrate
mindfulness-based cognitive approaches and somatic, body-based
practices to help clients feel more grounded, connected, and
empowered. Together, we build awareness of thoughts, emotions, and
physical sensations. This process supports the development of
self-understanding, practical coping skills, and greater confidence.
My goal is to help clients feel more resilient, capable, and equipped
to navigate life’s challenges.
