Katrina Raben, MSW-LP, M.S.Ed.

Welcome!

I specialize in supporting neurodivergent children, adolescents, and adults navigating anxiety, panic, and emotional overwhelm. I’m particularly passionate about working with ADHD and autistic clients to address challenges with organization, planning, time management, emotional regulation, task initiation, and follow-through.

What distinguishes my approach is the integration of my extensive experience in education, trauma-informed clinical care, neurodiversity, and mind-body practices. Before becoming a clinical social worker, I spent 15 years as a teacher and school administrator. I later completed my clinical training in a hospital setting, where I supported patients experiencing trauma and acute stress. I also draw on my background as a yoga instructor to incorporate therapeutic movement, breathwork, and other somatic practices into my work.

Together, we’ll look beyond behaviors and symptoms to understand how nervous system patterns and difficulty recognizing the body’s internal cues can affect emotional awareness, intensify distressing thoughts, and interfere with attention, motivation, and follow-through. I tailor therapy to help each client better understand their mind and body, develop practical strategies, and build greater regulation, confidence, and agency in daily life. If you or your child have been feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or caught in survival mode, you do not have to face it alone. I offer a warm, inclusive, and collaborative space where clients feel heard, understood, and supported in building the skills they need to navigate life’s challenges. I would be honored to support you in this work.
