JD, MHC – Intern
Welcome! I’m glad you’re here. I am a graduate student at New York University pursuing a Master’s in Mental Health Counseling.
Effective therapy starts with the right connection: someone who brings not only compassion but also real-world perspectives. You deserve to be seen, heard, and understood, especially when life feels overwhelming. Therapy can be a place to find clarity, rebuild strength, and move forward with purpose. I’m here to support you through that process and help you grow into the most grounded, resilient version of yourself.
No two people heal the same way. I take a practical, personalized approach—drawing from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and psychodynamic methods—to address your specific challenges and goals. My focus is on real-world solutions that foster lasting emotional balance and growth.
Prior to entering the mental health field, I spent years practicing law, serving as a CFO in the healthcare sector, and launching businesses. I’ve led teams, coached professionals, and managed high-stakes transitions—experiences that shape how I support clients today. I understand what it means to balance ambition with personal fulfillment, and how difficult it can be to find direction with uncertainty.
I’m also a parent, a competitive rower and runner, and someone who finds grounding in nature, reading, and meaningful connections. These personal touchstones, alongside my professional background, inform the way I work with clients: with empathy, respect, and a steady focus on meaningful change.
Whether you’re facing anxiety, burnout, life transitions, or simply feeling stuck, I’ll help you reconnect with your strengths and build tools for confidence and clarity. Therapy is a collaborative process. I look forward to partnering with you on your journey.
